Declaration and Agreement of Sales/Distribution Agent – Apexaura Int (Private) Limited

I hereby declare that upon joining Apexaura Int (Private) Limited as a Sales/Distribution Agent, I accept and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. I agree that I am engaged solely for the purpose of marketing and selling the goods and services produced by the Company and that I am entitled only to receive the prescribed commission based on the sales revenue generated.

2. I hereby confirm that I have joined the Company as a Sales/Distribution Agent without making any initial capital contribution, investment payment, or any other form of monetary payment.

3. I agree that I will not request or require any person to stockpile products or to purchase goods under any form of compulsion, nor will I engage in any such activity.

4. I acknowledge that my role is limited solely to the distribution and sale of the goods and services produced by the Company and that my earnings shall be derived only from the profit generated through such sales.

5. I hereby undertake that if I violate any of the above-mentioned terms and conditions, such action shall constitute a breach of the Company's rules and code of conduct, and I shall be subject to any legal and administrative actions taken by the Company.

நான் (தேசிய அடையாள அட்டை இலக்கம் உடையவர்), Apexaura Int (Private) Limited நிறுவனத்துடன் விற்பனை / விநியோக முகவராக இணையும் போது, கீழ்கண்ட விதிமுறைகள் மற்றும் நிபந்தனைகளை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டு ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறேன் என்று இதன் மூலம் அறிவிக்கிறேன்.

1. நிறுவனத்தால் உற்பத்தி செய்யப்படும் பொருட்கள் மற்றும் சேவைகளை விற்பனை செய்வதற்காக மட்டுமே நான் இணைகிறேன் என்பதைவும், அந்த விற்பனை வருமானத்தின் அடிப்படையில் நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்ட கமிஷன் தொகையைப் பெறுவதற்கு மட்டுமே எனக்கு உரிமை உண்டு என்பதைவும் ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறேன்.

2. எந்தவொரு ஆரம்ப மூலதனம், முதலீட்டு தொகை அல்லது பிற நிதி கட்டணங்களையும் செலுத்தாமல், விற்பனை / விநியோக முகவராக இந்த நிறுவனத்துடன் இணைந்துள்ளேன் என்பதை இதன் மூலம் உறுதிப்படுத்துகிறேன்.

3. எந்த நபரிடமும் பொருட்களை குவித்து வைத்திருக்க அல்லது கட்டாயப்படுத்தி வாங்க வேண்டுமென அறிவிப்பதோ அல்லது அத்தகைய செயல்களில் ஈடுபடுவதோ செய்யமாட்டேன் என்று ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறேன்.

4. நிறுவனத்தால் உற்பத்தி செய்யப்படும் பொருட்கள் மற்றும் சேவைகளை விநியோகித்தல் மற்றும் விற்பனை செய்தல் மட்டுமே எங்கள் பொறுப்பு என்பதைவும், அதன்மூலம் கிடைக்கும் இலாபத்திலிருந்து மட்டுமே வருமானம் பெறப்படும் என்பதைவும் ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறேன்.

5. மேற்கண்ட விதிமுறைகள் மற்றும் நிபந்தனைகளில் ஏதேனும் ஒன்றை நான் மீறினால், அது நிறுவனத்தின் விதிமுறைகள் மற்றும் ஒழுக்கக் கோட்பாடுகளை மீறுவதாகக் கருதப்படும் என்பதையும், நிறுவனத்தால் எடுக்கப்படும் சட்ட மற்றும் நிர்வாக நடவடிக்கைகளுக்கு நான் உட்படுவேன் என்பதையும் இதன் மூலம் உறுதியளிக்கிறேன்.
